RoseWood Design is a small home design firm that specializes in unique quality design and efficient building practices. Our focus is on:

• Relationship – our connection with the customer is very important to us. We need to understand how you want to live in your home to help you determine the design and how we build your home..
• Respect – though we will state our recommendations and guide you through the design and build process, you, the customer, will have the biggest impact on the final design.
• Creativity – our experience and knowledge will help ensure that you get the fullest possible value in your design. Things like alternative building methods, design features, and layout are explored.

RoseWood Design is a proponent of Sarah Susanka’s concept “Not So Big House”–that more square footage doesn’t always mean better, and that you can maximize your floor space by building in multi-use rooms and areas. Varying ceiling heights and dividers can help convey a defined sense of living area, while allowing for open sight-lines and natural light.
